Moin,

The template is missing on your pbx. If you upload it to the correct folder the problem is gone. This is an english forum, please write in english or ask in the german forum.

Thx for your reply. The provider is Ecotel, I could not see the used template.

If you dont have a copy of your template, you need to delete the trunk and install it as a new trunk or modify an easybell template to fit your settings from ecotel.

I have a backup from V18, maybe it's in there?

That could be possible. If you find the old ecotel template, just upload it to the v20 and everything is fine.

I've found the ecotel settings.xml with <TemplateFilename>ecotel.pv.xml</TemplateFilename>.
But not the file itself.

Hi Shared-IT,

Save yourself some time and create a copy of the existing Trunk.

The template can be used from an export (from the 3 dots on the trunk list)
The DID can be used from the Inbound rules from the Reports
And if you do not know the authentication, this can be found in the xml file from a backup

Once you have all this information, create a new trunk from the import Trunk Provider Template
Add an 'X' to the end of the Trunk name, and to the end of the authentication (so it fails to register), and add an extra '0' to the Main Trunk number.
(You can not have 2 trunks the same, or you will receive an error on save.)

Once the new trunk has been created with all the DID numers, the real work starts.
-Change all the 'outbound ruls' to use the new Trunk (name with 'X').
-Check Call Handelig and Extenions, to change the DID from the old trunk provider to the new.
-Remove the old trunk from the 3 dots at the trunk list
-On the new trunk remove the 'X' from the name and authentication, and remove the extra '0' from the Main Trunk number.

At this point the new trunk will be active again, an inbound and outbound numbers are all setup nicely.
Fresh new and working!

Let me also give you the TIP to backup before you change anything!

Paulo
