Is this notification an FYI, or an error?
"Trunk -L:90000(WebMeeting bridge) has been changed"

Just for info, happens if you have notifications switch on - The registration status of an extension changes

Settings are under Settings - Email Settings - Notifications

I do know I have that set, but the message is ambiguous to me. I'm not sure if it's a notification that a meeting was started, which would change the trunk status, or if it's an error message.

Can you show us a screenshot from your PBX please?
Here is an example from the event log of a typical PBX

The email doesn't specify which system generated the message (we support 8).
What I entered in my original post is the full text of the email.

To have easy way with source of email perhaps you should have set a specific mail adresse for each PBX and then on your mail client create a rule to filter on adress to order mails in their folders directly .
Set like that you just know where messages comes from with no pain.

On 3CX updates or I think restarts we get "Trunk L:90000(WebMeeting bridge) has changed status to registered." In those emails the sender/from specifies the company name of the 3CX server. Is there anything like that happening at the time you receive it?

On my to-do list.

Negative. I'll start customizing the notifications.
