Trunk options missing on previously supported trunk that was upgraded from v18 to v20 (Telnyx)

Hello,

I know that v20 hid some of the options for the SIP Trunks, but I am trying to find out if there is a way to convert the current trunk to generic without deleting and readding. I am trying to troubleshoot audio issues (thinking it may have something to do with SRTP) but I can't disable SRTP because the option is not there:


I'm hoping creating a new generic trunk and moving all the DIDs to it is not the only way, since we are talking about 800 or more DIDs and no export function from the trunk!!
This is a multi-dealership (same auto group) 3CX and they cannot have any significant downtime.

With V20 you cant disable the SRTP on the trunks, and yes you cant change your existing trunk to a generic one, am afraid that you will have to add new one as generic and you can prepare the new generic trunk in parallel (don’t delete the old one - until you finish the configuration so you can minimize the downtime) .

and for you DID's you can export them from the Admin Console > Reports > Inbound Rules > Export CSV

then you can import them on your trunk but file to import should be without any formatting, something similar to the screenshot below (first column is the DID, second is the destination, third is the name)
