Trunk to Trunk connection

Hello,

I have a Trunk für a Phone system and a sub-pbx.
To get incoming calls from one trunk outbound to another I have set rules.
But now I get error messages like:

Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

But the trunk is set to IP Based, so creditials cannot match.

Is this because it is a trunk to trunk connection?

Hi Steffen,

What PBX are you bridging with, I think you would be better off bridging via an actual bridge from 3CX: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/connecting-pbx-bridges/

That would maybe be a workaround, but could you please still try to answear the question?

Well Credentials don't match does not make a lot of sense unless you are using authentication username and password to connect.

Perhaps its talking about incorrect IP's ? but I would doubt it very much you would need to capture the full trace to be able to understand the issue properly.
