Solved Trying to delete NFR hosted instance

Hi,

I tried to follow this: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/delete-instance-hosted-by-3cx.75573/post-342325

It keeps saying to contact my distributor, since I'm a affiliate/partner. But my distributor won't be able to help with that...

Select option "I am a 3CX Partner or 3CX Affiliate " and select option PBX Express on the Category.
Did you proceed with these steps and it still it tells you to contact your Distributor ?

I tried "I'm a partner" and "I'm a customer" and yes, both said to contact the distributor. That form just didn't appear.

The key is an NFR we had hosted for testing but too many things are locked out for us.

I have just tested it and if you select the steps I mentioned above, this will create a ticket to our Cloud Team.

Oh, I just opened the form on my PC. It wasn't showing completely on my iPhone.

The form is BELOW the "Contact your distributor".
