I signed up for a free hosted trial, and started settings things up to test out the platform. Got one extension set up, and not much else. Fast forward a few weeks, and the thing is no longer responding, and the admin panel shows most services not running, yet it won't let me do anything (restart services / reboot vm / etc.).
I looked around, and saw no option to terminate the instance either. I don't know if this would be any different in a non-trial account, but this is not working for me; I'm out.
After a quick search I realised that I had to submit a support form to ask for the instance to be terminated. I tried to, but after hitting submit, nothing happens. A subsequent attempt called a captcha, which after competing, did not change anything. So I have no idea if the thing got submitted or not.
Pretty bad first experience with the platform, and I just want all my stuff removed.
Could someone at 3CX help me deal with this?
