trying to understand error codes

I'm using just the 3cx phone download... I'm trying to setup the phone... followed instructions online and successfully got one profile working... tried to add a 2nd profile and got this error

error: 401 - invalid pin
and then I got

error: 404

what do these error codes mean?

Basically, I need a point into the right direction...

Hi,

Error 404 means not found.

1. Check that you have entered the correct ip Address settings.
2. Check that the username and password are correct.
3. CHech that all ports are set correctly.
