Tunnel receivbed from PBX status 408

I have installed the phone software on Windows 7 and it connects fine when in the office. Out of the office I get this status 408. I compared the setting with the Android phone that works and I am sure they are the same but the PC will not connect. The error is being shown in the debug screen. Any help pls?

Are you seeing any sign of a connection attempt in the 3CX log right after you attempt a registration with the Windows phone?

If not, then..

It may be that the destination IP/URL is incorrect, or, something (firewall/security settings?) on the PC may be preventing the registration attempt.

I'm assuming the web surfing and attempted "pings' to the server IP , work?
