That’s dependent on the WAV file. We downloaded and reduced volume on the default WAV file, and reuploaded it, to match others we upload.

Typically, any custom music on hold needs a volume reduction of 30%ish (your figure may vary) from normalised so as not to be deafening / distorted to the caller.
