Turn off auto updates?

Hosted V20. The checkbox to turn off auto updates is greyed out. Am I missing something? TIA

Hosted forces you to stay up to date. You cannot disable it.

If you need to, move to self-hosting.

3CX Hosted installations are managed from 3CX, therefore we will update the PBX on your behalf and this is why this option is enabled by default.
