Turn off incoming Caller ID

Hello,

There is a setting on my Yealink T46S phones to 'not display' the incoming caller ID. (Call information Display Method - set to Null) We want this set to not show the incoming number for our CS dept. Whenever I set this on the phone, the automatic 3CX auto provision comes through a few days later and wipes out this setting back to default. How do I keep using phone auto provision and still be able to keep this setting?

You would have to modify the template, or prevent the set from auto-updating.the settings.

I found where on the sets to turn off the auto-updating the provisioning. Assuming 3CX does not 'push' the auto-provisioning, that should work for me. Thank you.
