Turn off missed call notification for forwarding rule

preventing internal call between groups using Extensions , edit your extension, Forwarding Rules, exception, call getting ended however showing missed call, should not show missed call

You can enable the option Play busy promt option (Settings >> General), so that you wont receive any notification (including the email), as this call in a way will be answered and the caller will hear the PBX prompt :
