Turn off Win 7 Services

Does anybody have a list of services that they turn off in win 7 professional? I like to turn off services that aren't needed, it seems to make the systems much more stable. My thoughts are "why have a service running if it's not needed"

i have deactivated:

- Designs Service
- Print Spooler
- Windows Defender
- Windows Search
