I have set up SMS on my 3CX PBX. I set up the correct routes and activated/assigned to the proper users.
I am able to send texts from the User/Extension. I am using the 3CX iPhone app. However, I am not able to receive text.
Twilio shows that the texts are coming into their system.
When I checked with Twilio support, they mentioned that I will need the proper web hook from 3CX, to enter into my Messaging configuration, for the phone number.
Does anyone know where I can find the proper web hook from 3CX?
