Hello all!

We have been getting emails from Twilio about the upcoming migration.
I don't believe we will need to do anything on our end but just wanting to make sure 100%.

If we are on a hosted system with 3CX will we need to:
  • Add 168.86.128.0/18 to your firewall rules.
  • Enable UDP from these IP addresses over ports 10000-60000.

I dont believe you need to do anything, as the ports required by the 3CX system are already open. The VoIP provider may send their audio from the specified UDP ports, but the 3CX system will use the 3CX external port range as it does now to request RTP audio packets to be sent to.

Whitelisting the IP address within the 3CX system Ip blacklist section (setting the new range to allow), if relevant to your region, can not hurt though.
