two bpx

kindly I have 2 PBX ip system one 3cx and the other is Asterisk ,

I can make a call from ip phone that registered in Asterisk to the ip phone registered in 3cx by option (Direct Dial ip)



but when I make a call from ip phone registered in 3cx to ip phone registered in Asterisk by use the same option (direct Dial ip ) no respond happened

I use Grand stream budge tone-100 ip phone .

so what is the instruction I have to follow it to make the call ?
