udp ping value in sbc section not visible

Hi there!

we have a new customer with an sbc where we cannot see in 3cx pbx (V18.0 Build 20) the udp ping (latency) in sbc section -> statistics (see screenshot).
We guess this is a firewall issue because the customer has a restrictive network. But the ports 5090, 5060, 5001 udp + tcp are already forwared to the pbx.
Does anyone know which port is using for measuring udp ping?
