IP restriction? Are you sure you logged in as the owner? Where is the pbx installed?

is installed locally vm on proxmox
we are on the same lan
no restructions on the lan

If you are on the same LAN as the pbx and you are sure you are loged in with the system owner account you should always see the admin panel. If not it could be a cache problem. Did you tried a different browser?

Tried both Chrome and Firefox -- and yes both accounts are system owners
i will be reinstalling... and keep you posted.
will restore a backup before the issue.. and see the results..

Are split dns configured correctly?

Seems re installation fixed the issue -- just redeployed the pbx and restored a backup of 3 weeks ago.. and now we can access the admin console, disabled the auto updates -- since is showing an update.

thank you for your time.

No problem... maybe something went wrong during the update. On which version are you now?

The automatic updates will apply when the final release is out. The alpha and any subsequent beta or release candidates will not apply automatically.
