Unable to access voicemail. Hangs up.

Suddenly all extensions cannot acces voicemail by calling 777. Users can enter their (correct) pin code then the system responds with "access allowed by system" then just a fast busy. Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing this?

Voicemail is usually 999.

777 is the PIN Protect IVR.
