Just purchased a License for 4SC (Not Pro) for a installation that has been running for a couple of years. Was running V12 Free but upgraded to V14 Free last week but now need the extra functions of the Paid version. Enter License Key Customer Details and Reseller Details and when I click Activate it moves the License Key to the top of the screen and confirms 4 Simultaneous Calls etc bt no Produce Owned by or Registration Details. When you go away from the page and back again it has gone back to the Free Editions. In the Server Activity Log I get [CM501010]: License Info: Load Failed -47.
