I am attempting to allow alternative users to access the 3CX Management Console, however when I attempt to assign that right to either an existing extension or a new extension, I am unable to check that box.

Fairly sure I'm doing something simple wrong?

Get a new mouse? Or are you trying to say the box is grayed out? And would that box be this one?

Because if you don't check that box first, you can't check the other boxes.

It's not greyed out - in so far as it's the same style as other boxes which are checkable... but it's definitely not selectable. Clicking it does nothing.

Which browser you are using? Try with different browser, IE e.g. is not supported by 3CX.

Try doing the same with Mozilla.

Hello @JohnM

Most likely you are not logged in as an admin, but a user with admin access. Even if you have full access, still only logging in with the admin credentials will allow you to give this right to other extensions.

Hi Marios.

That would make sense - however even the default 000 admin user does not have this right, and therefore I can't log in as that user in order to try this...

Not sure how it got into that state!

Hi @JohnM

000 is not the admin, but the operator extension that has no difference from any other extension. The admin credentials are created when setting up the PBX.
