Hi everybody,

Currently my system has problems:

_ When I call the Hotline number (1900xxx..), I don't hear a greeting from the Digital receptionlist. However, when I call directly to the landline number (the phone number attached to the hotline number 1900), I hear a greeting.

_ How can I set up that when I call hotline 1900, I will hear the greeting from the digital receptionlist? Did I install something wrong or missing something?

Hi Lanindigo,

is 1900 the number of the IVR or is it the number of the final destination?
i assume the landline follows the full programming and the hotline sends you directly to the final destination skipping the ivr.

Hi ,
1900 is my IVR destination, and the landline is the destination number. However, currently I can only hear the IVR when calling the destination number, but if I call 1900xxx, I can only hear "tut...tut" and cannot hear the IVR greeting.

Then you are probably not hitting the IVR, have the hotline route to the IVR first and then to the final destination if you want the prompt played.

"have the hotline route to the IVR first and then to the final destination", I haven't been able to do this yet, can you send a photo of where to edit this?

Thank you very much
