I am on the 3CX FREE (hosted) plan and am establishing an entirely fresh 3CX system, including new out-of-the-box Yealink SIP-T53 equipment. All of our users are successfully utilizing softphones (and the 3CX apps). Our SIP trunk is working accordingly through Voxtelesys. I have four 3CX users and am attempting to configure a router IP phone under our 32911 (receptionist) user.
The Yealink SIP-T53 is hardware version 95.0.0.0.0.0.0 and was running 95.84.0.95 firmware at unboxing. I followed the instructions here to configure it:
https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t5-series/
However, I was unable to update the firmware prior to adding the phone. The phone downloaded the configuration data; screensaver, date/time, and BLF settings were all showing up on the desk phone. The phone showed a "No Service" message and would not receive inbound or place outbound calls.
Assuming that this was due to not having upgraded the firmware, I was finally able to step-update to the firmware file to: 96.86.0.74. In the process, I factory-reset the phone multiple times and also deleted/added it in the 3CX admin console several times. While I was able to ultimately update the firmware, the phone has not received the provisioning settings again. The screensaver, date/time, and BLF settings are factory default and not applicable to our 3CX user. The phone still shows a "No Service" message.
I've recently attempted the following additional steps:

I've recently attempted the following additional steps:
- Updated firmware to 96.86.0.76
- Input 3CX provisioning link directly into "Server URL" field under Auto Provision in phone web app
- Toggled on/off "Only Accept Trusted Certificates" in the phone web app
- Multiple reboots and factory-resets
