Unable to create a System Owner account

Hi, we are using system version 18 and i cannot create a user with System Owner type. I tried everything but the user does not have the right. I have added the email that manages the account. Recieved a password logged in with it and i see only the low-level staff that i can do. it is about https://ences.my3cx.es/

I am not sure what i need to do to upgrade the system, even though we have extended our license to 2025. Please help to get it moved to Version 20.

If you arent a system owner yourself/admin on V18 i dont believe you will be able to give system owner rights

But when it was created 2-3 years ago it was the only account that was created and it is a Manager role. How do i create a System Owner then? I have all the passwords for the main account where you buy the licence and so on.

Not sure if still active on that PBX, but if you login as Admin, you will have access to create a system owner
