Unable to delete old Sip Trunk / Gateway

Hi,

I am unable to delete my old sipt trunk/gateway.
I wish to remove my old Patton PSTN gateway from the system but I get this message:

(500)
Commit failed on transaction Delete Wexternalline.49: 10004 on Wgateway.1: 192.168.0.65:5060 - Patton

Please help.

it seems you have to delete a line always described on Patton before being able to delete complete gateway.
Search in 3CX Console to where to delete Wexternalline.49: 10004 on Wgateway.1: 192.168.0.65:5060 - Patton
