Unable to delete sip trunk

Hello,

I want to delete 2 sip trunks that I have reconfigured but I always get the message "Commit failed on transaction Delete". What can I do ? I have the latest 3CX version (v16 update 2).

Hi,
Wait for other advice, but in that case you surely need 3cx support help you to destroy this persitent settings for you in database, a support ticket needs to be open to do that.
