Hi,

Since day 1 I noticed this but it's getting more and more frustrating: I cannot dial a number from my Call log. It just says "No dial plan matches" but number are simply in E164 format (+1514xxxxxxx).

I am using the official template and the supported firmware, but it won't work.

How can I bypass this?

Do you have something to remove the + sign?
The plus sign counts as a character so if your dialing rule is 11 digits - the + makes it 12.
Do this under trunks -> caller id:
10238

Thanks! I'll try this! I have outbound rules matching everything but I think my phone dial plan could be the issue. However, I am pretty sure removing the +1 at the PBX level will eliminate this issue.

You may be right about the Grandstream Dial plan being the issue...
At one time - it supported Shared Park 0-9 and not 10 and higher.
I wish the phone would work without a dial plan and rely on the PBX alone.

Actually all phones should be configured with a dial plan that simply allows everything.
