Unable to Dial Outbound - Fax Extension

I purchased a DID, created a fax extension (880), configured a Patton 4112 under FXS, and setup an incoming rule to forward faxes to this extension. I have not tested inbound faxing yet. I was trying to test outbound faxing first, however, I get a busy signal when I try to dial outbound to external numbers. I can call internal extensions and dial the DID from an external phone and receive the call through the Patton device. My first thought is that I need an outbound rule. But when I go to create one I have to select an extension group, and if I try to create an extension group with the 880 extension it doesn't show up. I'm guessing that is because it's a special fax extension. What do I need to do in order to dial outbound to external numbers from the fax extension? Thank you!

You should be able to create an outbound rule and just specify the extension number, able to use it.

I'm blind. I didn't see the box where you can manually type in the extension. Outbound calls work now. Thank you.
