Unable to disable external calls

Hello,

My installation is up to date : 3Cx 10.0.22052.2264
I create several extension,
one management group
And I would like to disable external call for several extensions.

It's not possible to select the box, stay in gray...



Do I miss something ?

Hello,

These options are not available in the free version. If you want this you need to buy a license or activate one if you purchased one.
