Unable to download Language Updates

Unfortunately, I don't have access to the firewall on this new install.

Firewall check passed, select a language, then download don't give any error from the console, but the language pack didn't appear in the directory of the machine, and can't select it from digital receptionnist configuration for example.

Did a capture, and see the unit goes to 3cx.com when trying to download a language.

The IT assure that he natted 1:1 the public IP.

Someone have an idea?

Can I access to download the package myself, and put it into the right directory of the installation?

Where can I find it?

Not sure your problem, however if you need the files I can download zip and send a link if that helps at all.
