Unable to install 3cx 12, PostgreSQL

Hello.

I have Win server 2008r2. No luck with installation 3cx phone system v 12.
Services do not start and the installation hangs on the final step, when it launches the services.

Could anybody to fix it?

Below windows event after trying ti start 3cx manually:

The description for Event ID 0 from source PostgreSQL cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

FATAL:  database "phonesystem" does not exist

Are you using the latest version of the 3CX setup file?

Dear bardissi,

Yep, the installer is brand and new downloaded from the 3cx web site.

Now I use the version 11th, it installs with no problems.

It is a long time, since I tried to install version 12th the first time, and unfortunatelly it is not fixed yet.

Could anybody please to forward the message "up"?
