Solved unable to install 3CX SBC on Windows10 - folder path contains an invalid caracter

and the sbc is on windows 10 and cannot update it :
have you the same ?

Try running the installer as Administrator by right-clicking on the file.

If that still does not work, open a cmd window as administrator and type: echo %temp%

What do you see?

It should be something like this:

hello,

on a msi package, I am not able to rightclick "run as administrator" but the package itself asks to be run as admin where I accept the pop-up priviledge.

really weird, I am able to access the path from cmd window but the package doesn't like it .


no one with the same issue ?

Looks like a Advanced Installer doesn't like slashes in path. Try changing "/" to "\".

indeed, the slash should be "\" instead of linux style "/" . it works now. thank you, you make my day.
