Hey, i know this issue:
On Yealinks- you will need to go into your Yealink Web UI and navigate to the Security Tab.
Then you need to disable "Allow only trusted Certificates".
This will reboot the phone and then should allow your phone to check in to your PBX over STUN or SBC.
By default, the Yealink will only use trusted certificates- so if you're not using certs you will have to turn that feature off.
