Hello,

I am trying out 3CX, and have configured my Polycom to my 3CX PBX. It shows in 3CX as online (green light). I have also setup InPhoneX as my SIP Provider for outbound calls, which also shows as successfully registering.

I have created 2 outbound rules, (one with a dial extension of 9, the other with none). No matter what I do, no outbound call works.
I have not configured inbound, as InPhoneX has yet to setup my DID.

Here is what the server logs show:

[CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:

[CM503013]: Call(15): Incoming call rejected, caller is unknown; msg=SipReq: INVITE [email protected]:5060 tid=15685538B2D67C6D cseq=INVITE [email protected]:5060 / 2 from(wire)

[CM502001]: Source info: From: 15; To: "Darryl"[sip:[email protected]];tag=43C5697A-8A16DB91[sip:[email protected];user=phone]

It then says the call was terminated.

I am attempting to call my cell phone, and I just get a busy tone.

Any suggestions? I hope I gave enough information to help narrow the problem down.

Thanks!

If your VoIP is not configured as yet, what are you planning to use for outbound calls?

PSTN?
VoIP?

You do not need DID, if you have a VoIP provider.

H.

I stated I set up a SIP Prover InPhoneX. They are who outbound calls go through.

Anyone have an idea as to what might be wrong? I am at a loss here...

Thanks.

I figured it out. After testing the 3cx Voip Client, I found that it was working fine. Furhter testing, found that i missed a number in my server ip of the polycom phone.
