From the above line I would be looking to a firewall issue. Sip messages are carried TCP but the RTP which houses the voices is a UDP port. Could it be UDP is being locked.

There is a firewall checker built into 3CX. It will stop all calls while it runs but I has helped me in the past

hey Paddyd
thank you for your reply, i was thinking on this direction
i will test and post the results.

i did all port forwarding correctly and even test if from remote ok.
however when trying to to firewall check i get
CX Firewall Checker, v1.0. Copyright (C) 3CX Ltd. All rights reserved. <12:48:05>: Phase 1, checking servers connection, please wait... <12:48:05>: Stun Checker service is reachable. Phase 1 check passed. <12:48:05>: Phase 2a, Check Port Forwarding to UDP SIP port, please wait... <12:48:05>: UDP SIP Port is set to 5060. NO RESPONSE received. Phase 2a check FAILED. Application exit code is -2

any idea ?

I have the exact case

For all outgoing voice/calls using Outside Office Lan, and Tunnel service, it is not working

I have ran the firewall checker and all is working, I have forwarded all ports

What is going on?

Unless you are offering a solution, or suggestion, you should be starting a new post, not hijacking an existing one. The cause of your issue may be completely different, simply a similar problem.
You have also failed to provide any information about your installation, and the exact problems you are having.

I'm now able to pass all firewall test OK but still getting error

[CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: No answer

any idea?

What make/model router are you using? Has that changed since you were using the 9000? There may be a setting that requires changing.

I'm using Linksys RV042 and spa922 phones, i have configure the port forwarding manually according to 3cx guidelines.

Do you think it is router related issue ?
i have also tried TP-LINK router but same error.

It seems that you may not be the only one having an issue with that particular router. It may come down to the firmware, or options. At the bottom of these posts there is a link that may lead to some answers for you.

If you've tried another router, then this may be a dead end.

Hey leejor,
Thank you for your help, do yo have any recommendation on smb router that works
well with 3cx ?

@Leejer
I don't see any hijacking or up normal usage, these are public forums,no one dictates what to be done, especially if no rules are crossed, and people discuss things over internet forums. and it is very normal to say something such as:" Yeah I am facing the same issue too...."
I did indeed post the information about my network in the other thread.
Your attitude and input are no longer appreciated.
Thank you

I find the the simpler the router, the fewer the problems. That said, most businesses are not going to be happy with a basic, residential router, security option limitations , being a big factor.

I personally use a couple of D-Link DIR-615 with DD-WRT VPN firmware. It works fine for my situation, but probably wouldn't be acceptable in many installations. If you go back through the forum, there have been a number of people asking for router recommendations, along with some suggestions. It may also depend on how much you want, or are willing to spend.

This might be of help...
