Solved Unable to modify Global Office Hours

I set the Global Office Hours under Settings > Timezone & Office Hours Settings to what I thought was correct for our situation. I realized I need to modify the hours due to an additional shift an am finding that the option to change the times is greyed out. Can it not be modified once it is set?

You need to,delete the existing settings, then you can add the new times

I have found that the "delete" button is also greyed out. This is the Debian version of 3CX.

If you click on 'Configure' the Delete button will be greyed out.

If you click on the existing hours, you then should be able to delete those, you can then click 'Configure' again to set new ones.

If you are still having trouble make sure you are using a supported browser like chrome Firefox or edge.

Hello @Michael Norton

Please note that you need to click on the already configured office hours and delete them as they cannot be edited.
The configure button is to configure a second set of office hours and not edit the existing ones.

Thanks! That was it. I was trying to click the configure link first. I was able to delete the previous schedule and reset to the new schedule.
