Hello and Thank You in advance,
One of our accounts is having a problem which started after I updated the phones. I will post specifications at the end. We are using a custom template and, although unsupported, it remains the best solution for this company due to their requirement of special configurations and all phones to be configured exactly the same. The big issue is that the shared-parking-feature is no longer working -- when attempting to "Park" a call, it puts the call on a local hold then calls the shared-parking-line. Then, if pressing transfer button followed by shared-parking button, it moves the call to Shared-Parking however, the call can not be accessed by original or other extensions.
The Template lists those as type: 10 for Shared-Parking.
I've checked other settings and added the features.call_park.park_mode line, that I read as a solution from v82. Unfortunately, it did not improve the situation.
Does anyone have a similar problem or is there an available solution?
Phones system is hosted on a Windows Server 2019 Hyper-V virtual machine, version 16.0.9.
Yealink T48S phones version is 66.86.05
