Hello Team,

I really need your help, please.
I am using a 4 Ports GSM BERONET GATEWAY, with 4 sim cards inserted on it. and I configured 4 different SIP Account for each port from 3CX side.
I created the outbound rule as the following:

Calls to numbers starting with prefix : 9
Calls from extension(s) : 3006
Calls to Numbers with a length of : 9-14
Route1: SIP Trunk 01
Route2: SIP Trunk 02
Strip Digits: 1

With all the above setup, I am still not able to place the Outbound Calls. But the Inbound is working perfectly.
Can you please help me find out what is going wrong?

I am looking forward to hear from you.

What does the 3CX Activity Log look like for an outbound call? Is it being sent to the correct IP and port of the particular trunk on the gateway? Is there an error response, or nothing at all?

Are you using 3006 to call?
You'll never have to dial shorter numbers than 9 digits?
What are SIP route 1&2?

From the 3CX activity logs, I could see the following response "REJECTED"

Yes, I am using the extension "3006" to make the call
And using the SIP route 1 & 2.

If that s the response from the gateway, then you will have to figure out why it is sending it. The gateway may have a logging system to help you do this. You could be sending incorrect digits, or sending to an incorrect port, or, there may very well be some settings that you have not configured correctly.

No, that is the response from the 3CX not the Gateway. from the gateway logs I cannot see any Outbound trafic, onlys the Inbound. So, it seems like calls are not reaching the GSM Gateway.

It sounds like that. is it possible to share your outbound rules (hide what's need to be)

is it normal your route 1 strip 1 digit while route 2 no?

did you set log in verbose to have max details ?
do you have other rules set who can catch same dialed numbers before that rule?

Yes, I did the log in Verbose mode, and I do not have any other rule setup, unless the Inbound one.

the number you try to test with is starting with 9 and almost 9 digits?

Here is the number I am trying to call 912 660 637.
I tried to dial it as 912 660 637 and as 9912 660 637, but unfortunately it did not work.

Beronet Gateway is linked with 3CX ? do you have set a dial plan in beronet ?
Do you have incoming calls from beronet to 3cx extensions ?

Yes it is. and the dialplan is configured as well.

According to your rule which strip one digit , this is obviously the only way to dial for the rule to apply.
can you try to remove 3006 extension for test and do a call
