we have a customer who's phone system today has decided to no longer allow us to provision devices, when i tried to provision the desktop client for one of the users i get an error "_i18n.ProvisionError400" all devices already provisioned have continued to work with no issues, i then tried to provision a device from the QR code in the admin console and get the QR Provisioning Failed screen on my android device.
When provisioning the desktop i tried from:
https://fqdn/Webclient
https://ipaddress/Webclient
both had the same result, i have also tried provisioning form the CMD command
3CXDesktopApp.exe tcx+app:<HTTP/S link of QR code>
but did not have any luck with it either, my next steps are to try and restart the services and/or perform a restore but was wanting to see if there are any other options i could try without taking down the whole system
