Unable to purchase support ticket

I am trying to figure out how to purchase a support ticket. I get a never-ending spinning circle when I try to purchase a ticket through my portal. I'm unable to find any phone numbers, or any other method to get some help with an issue. Is there any other way to purchase some support?
