No NAT-information in the ADSL-router regarding the Grandstream adapter (DHCP IP given to the adapter).
No Firewall in the ADSL-router.

What devices are actually provided with a DHCP address? Could it be that your lease is expired prior making a call.

It seems (as we seem all to agree on that) that it is a nat issues. Perhaps if you are able to make all your devices behind the ADSL router fixed (or atleast all your VoIP devices) than atleast we can take that out of the loop.

DHCP although it is a nice feature, you might over complicate things by using it now.

Something different (i been playing with this atm) instead of using IP address using dns names (forward and revers dns) might be something at a later stage.

I got the same problem as I am a very new user ,just experienced a bit with Asterisk.

2 parameters changing solved my issue:
-Registration refresh interval was 60 sec. as default,I changed to 150 sec.
-Inbound Registration needed selected.

This was from almost 7 years ago. If the idea was to provide some sort of a solution, I would hope that by now the problem has been long solved.
