Unable to register Voip provider details with softphone 12

I am unable to Register Voip provide details with soft phone version 12 and 12.5 but however it is Registering with version 6 as 11
i mean its registering with 3cx softphone version 6

Hi there,
Yes that's right, 3CXPhone v12+ cannot be used without 3CX Phone System, you need client+server, and server will be in charge to register with provider.
