Unable to release FDQN

Hi

I am trying to reinstall 3CX using our own FQDN. This says I have to release the licence:

I do not have the option in my customer account. It flashes a message "You are not allowed to release this FQDN".

the text is a bit misleading on the release button once pressed, but there is no FQDN mapped to this subscription....

On another note, your maintenance is expired on this license. If you try to install v16 or v18, you will not be able to.
You can trade-in the perpetual to an annual subscription and get 1 year free and you will be able to use v16/v18
