Unable to Remote Control

I'm attempting to remote control a participants (guest) computer in a web conference but it only shares the screen. They've installed the remote control client and it has initialised. However, if the participant asks to control my computer (the organiser) then they can. I've also tried setting the guest as organiser to no avail.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Been through that document and as stated the system works only one way. Surely I can't be the only person to experience this.
