Solved Unable to restore backup to 3cx hosted

Hi, I want to restore backup from AWS to 3cx hosted. All my system is up and fine running.

I create a backup woth everything, not encrypted (34 mo). When I get to restore into 3cx, I have this message:



Why I cant restore my system??

After I want to know if my static ip (original server) will by updated on fqdn?

Hello Mathieu,

Please note that it seems to be an issue with the validation on the background for the FQDN.
It has already been escalated and it is to be checked asap.
If this can wait until tomorrow i would be great.

Or else you may deploy your machine and restore backup after installation on top of your PBX.
Regarding the FQDN it will point to the new IP normally.
