We have been using Live Chat for a new website for a couple months now. However, since the last updates, we have not been able to save any of the setting in Live Chat. It simply reverts to the previous input/configuration once the page is refreshed.
I have tried deactivating, reinstalling, but the previous setting still appear int he settings. This has become critical since since the email address for offline messages needs to be changed soonest among some other changes we need. Hopefully someone else has seen this and can point out a fix?
