Unable to send pics through chat

When trying to send pictures that are under 1 mb, I get a picture and a red X in the bottom right corner of the picture and the person receiving never gets the picture. But they can send pictures.

What file type is the picture you are trying to add to the live chat?

Please note that the supported file types for 3CX Live Chat are as follows:

• Documents: Acrobat (PDF), MS Office (DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX), plain and rich text (TXT, RTF).
• Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WEBP, TIFF, and HEIF.

What error do you receive? Is it a chat between 2 users?
