My company merged with another and I need to shutdown our hosted 3CX Server on Google Cloud, but try as I might, I cannot seem to figure out how. Does anyone have an idea of how to shut this down? I tried logging into both Google accounts that I have and shutdown any "projects" that were associated with our entity but the 3CX server is still fully up and running. I keep getting notifications of failed login attempts, luckily all of my SIP accounts have been moved off of the server, but I really need the server shut down at this point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...cg

not sure 100% but when you are logged in Google Cloud plateform, then on left search in compute engine section if you see your instance and you can stop it.

For the past week I had thought something was wrong because when I go to the Compute Engine I always would get the attached screen. I thought that maybe I had used a different account, so I looked through the parent account just to see if it was created there, but it was not, I had the same screen there as well. Both accounts were in the same organization (opmbofficial.com) and both had two different projects. Neither of them showed up in the compute engine though which was always a bit strange to me.

if PBx is always UP and nothing exist in Google cloud platform , are you sure this is the google account you used to run PBX ?

Are you sure your PBX is hosted on Google Cloud?
