underscore in account number voipms

I'm using voip.ms as my provider. I'd like to register the 3CX droid application with a sub-account. Unfortunately voip.ms formats their sub accounts as main number followed by underscore and additional alpha numeric characters to identify the sub account. 000000_##abc It appears the 3CX does not accept the underscore. Or is the problem the alpha characters? Any simple fix on your end? Thanks

Solved my own problem. The underscore is not the problem. It was the alpha characters in the voipms sub account name/number I created. Changed it to all numeric after the _ underscore and it works just fine.
