I am trying to understand how entries end up in the call log. My only concern in this thread is understanding that not troubleshooting the issues that got me here.

Line 414, normal outbound call.
Line 415, Kellie calls in and gets forwarded to the outside number.
Line 419, Agero calls in and it marks that the ring group didn't answer the call.
Line 420, Ten seconds after line 419 (the ring group is set to ring for 10 seconds), Agero is forwarded to the outside number.
Lines 415 and 419/420 both appear to be calls coming in from outside that get forwarded to the outside number, yet they're logged differently. Why is that?
I did notice a discrepancy between how calls to the different inbound rules\ring groups were displayed in the log, but other than name and group members, they're configured the same.
